Comfort Measures Workshop
This 4-hour workshop is designed to help both partners build confidence for the big day. You will take in an abundance of relaxation, comfort measures, massage, imagery, as well as communication skills for labor. This workshop does NOT replace a childbirth education course. Includes a beautiful comfort measures booklet that will be perfect to take to your birth place, as well as a relaxation book filled with a variety of relaxation scripts that walk you through physical, emotional, and mental exercises. This is a perfect class to attend with your partner and your doula!

Homecoming: Life with a New Recruit
This 4-hour class is your manual for early parenthood! Topics include newborn procedures, babywearing, safe sleep, postpartum topics, and baby comfort techniques to help you and your partner get off to a great start with your new baby. Participants also will receive one-year access to our breastfeeding video course and a full-color student workbook.
